Vidal Blanc VIDAL BLANC
Semi-sweet white wine made with Vidal Blanc grapes grown in Ripley County, Indiana. Aromas of apple, mango, peach, apricot, kiwi and honey. The flavors are dominated by apple and pineapple with subtle layers of kiwi and papya adding to the complexity of this wine (tasting December 3, 2011).
Vidal Blanc (Estate) ESTATE VIDAL BLANC
Dry white wine made from our estate Vidal Blanc grapes. Aged in American oak made with oak harvested from the Hoosier National Forest, our estate Vidal Blanc is a medium bodied wine featuring aromas of spice, melon, and citrus and flavors including melon, peach and tropical fruit.
Traminette TRAMINETTE
Dry and medium bodied white wine made with our estate Traminette grapes. Heady aromas of lychee fruit and flowers combine with citrus flavors.
Vignoles VIGNOLES
Full bodied dry white wine made from our estate Vignoles grapes. A light tropical bouquet is followed by peach, honey and subtle tropical flavors.

Belle Rouge BELLE ROUGE
Dry and medium bodied red wine made with Rettig Hill estate Millot and Aurore grapes and aged in American Oak barrels made with oak harvested from the Hoosier National Forest. The aromas are very earthy with influences of plumb, red cherry and cedar. The flavors inlcde earth, mushroom, plumb, ruhubarb, and red cherry (tasting December 3, 2011).
Chambourcin CHAMBOURCIN
Aged in American Oak, this full bodied red wine is made with Rettig Hill estate grapes. Aromas of earth, mocha, toasted oak, cherry, and raspberry are followed by flavors of black currant, black cherry, raspberry, plumb, earth and spice (tasting December 3, 2011).

D2 D2
DeChaunac grapes grown in the Rettig Hill estate vineyards and Dornfelder grapes grown in nearby vineyards in Ripley County, Indaina were blended to make this meidum bodied and dry red wine. Aged in Amercian Oak, this wine containes aromas of black cherry, boysenberry, anise supported by flavors of boysenberry, black cherry and red currant (tasting December 3, 2011).
Grand Rouge GRAND ROUGE
A full bodied dry red wine made with Rettig Hill estate Norton and Villard Noir grapes aged in American Oak. Toasted oak, raspberry, blueberry and eucalyptus aromas transition into flavors of raspberry, olive, tobacco, and spice (tasting December 3, 2011).

Cabernet Franc / Syrah CABERNET FRANC / SYRAH
A dry and red fruit forward dry red wine made with our estate Cabernet Franc and Syrah grapes. Aged in American oak, bright fruit flavors are accented by spice.
Catawba CATAWBA
Semi Sweet blush wine made with grapes grown in Ripley and Dearborn Counties in Indiana. Aromas of ruby red grape fruit, strawberry, apricot followed by flavors of ruby red grapefruit, strawberry, pomegranate, apricot and cream (tasting December 3, 2011).
